is situated in the centre of the village of Ika, a small fishing village halfway between the fairytale Opatija and the picturesque Lovran.
The apartment has a surface area of 35 m2 and consists of a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. In summer it is important to live in the fresh air with the warm touch of the sun on your skin, so one of the most loved and appreciated features of the apartment is the 350 m2 garden with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
